The technology behind powerfluxx®

A powerfluxx power buoy park consists of a group of power buoys and a base station on land to feed the energy into the grid.

powerfluxx power buoys are specially designed for operation in medium and large rivers such as the Danube, Rhine and Inn, or the Mississippi and the Ganges. With a rotor diameter of 2.50 m, a buoy achieves an output of up to 70 kW at a flow speed of 3.3 m/s. Depending on the quality of the location, a single power buoy can generate up to 300 MWh of energy annually. Thanks to robust construction and advanced technology, a long-term and reliable energy supply is ensured without environmental impact. Transverse structures such as dams or barrages can be dispensed with entirely.

Use natural resources carefully with a powerfluxx power buoy park.
